Volunteers of the Global Quit CCP Service Center say this year they expect the world will see big changes taking place in China. Our New York correspondent brings us this report. Tuidang is a movement that could change the face of China. In mainland China, Tuidang or "Quit the Chinese Communist Party," is an underground movement, operated through word of mouth, phone calls and Internet posts that have not been censored. Here in New York, where the efforts are coordinated openly, the news is reaching millions of Chinese people. Global Quit the CCP Service Center President Rong Yi draws parallels between what is happening in China today and with what Eastern Europe experienced in the late 1980s. They discuss strategy aimed at bringing down the hacking collective known as Anonymous, which has launched a series of embarrassing attacks across the Internet. Unfortunately for the cyber sleuths, the hackers were listening, too , and now so is everyone else in the world. Via : > As FBI and Scotland Yard investigators recently plotted out a strategy for tracking suspects linked to Anonymous, little did they know that members of the group were eavesdropping on their conference call and recording their plans. The online vigilante group has released a 17-minute clip of a Jan. 17 conference call between investigators discussing evidence gathered against members of the group as well as upcoming plans for arrests. The group also released an e-mail sent out by an FBI agent to law enforcement agents around the world with a phone number and password for accessing the conference call. The FBI has confirmed to the Associated Press that the recording is authentic .

Britain's Daily Mail recently published a list of ten "Black Collars," citing research by the Brookings Institute, specialist China publications and the Sunday Times. The list includes the former head of the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China and now appointed governor of Hebei Province, Zhang Qingwei. Also Wang Jianzhou, chairman of China Mobile, the world's biggest mobile phone network, with 650 million users. Critics say the company makes much of its profit through charges that would be illegal in other countries. And Zhang Guoqing, the general manager of China North Industries Group%mdashChina's largest arms maker. The company has been subject to sanctions for suspected missile sales to Iran and weapons sales to Libya's Colonel Gaddafi.
