Max Payne DLC announced and Sonic Racing is back. SHOW NOTES: Story 1: The new Max Payne will be hitting stores on May 15th on consoles and PC on May 29th, and Rockstar has announced the details of the game’s first DLC. As with other Rockstar games, they are offering a blanket Pass that will grant gamers access to all DLC for the game through the end of 2012. It can be purchased from retailers Gamestop and Best Buy, as well as directly from Xbox Live and the Playstation Store for a price of $29.99. The first map pack, called Local Justice, will release sometime in June, and will contain a Police Precinct map, as well as two other maps that will work in the various multiplayer modes, including Payne Killer. It will also come with new challenges and avatars. Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed will feature Sonic, along with many other characters from across the long history of SEGA. Some of these include: Sonic’s best bud Tails along with enemy #1 Dr. Robotnik. The game will also feature BD Joe from Crazi Taxi, Beat from Jet Set Radio, and newcomers Gilius Thunderhead of Golden Axe and Vyse of Skies of Arcadia. The game will feature some new environments that will take players off the road and onto the water and into the sky. The environments will of course be based on the many classic SEGA franchises, and this game feature feature two that are based on the Saturn classic Panzer Dragoon and the Gamecube launch title Super Monkey Ball. Game Character racing games can be a bit on the silly side, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be fun as well.
