Peter met up with Kenny Lauer, Vice President, Digital Experience of the GEORGE P JOHNSON Experience Marketing Group (GPJ) which runs the Cisco listening center for Cisco Live UK. Kenny explained that the listening center is the hub where all of the online conversations that are happening relevant to the event are captured. These conversations are captured using special listening tools, such as Cisco's Social Miner, which search Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Flickr for Cisco Live UK content.
