"This video is for beginners. I didn't go into much detail in the Velocity part, i left that for you to test out. When i first started using Sony Vegas i couldnt find a way to slow or speed up my video, so i thought i would make this tutorial for those who do not know, and if you think ""who doesnt know"" well, believe me there are lots of people who are new to Vegas.
