Honey believe me, I'll have your heart on a platter. Might you recall, We've got a small family business And the Family won't like this. They'll bust your knee caps. Ooh wop de do wop de do. They'll bust your knee caps. Ooh wop de do wop de do. Jonny you told me you were no fool, you were no chump Then you got cold feet. Now all you'll be is a speed bump. It's something we call, Oh just a small family business. And the family won't like this. They'll bust your knee caps. Ooh wop de do wop de do. They'll bust your knee caps. That's what they're going to do. Jonny there's still time. Together I know, we'd go so far. I'll tell uncle Rocco to call off the guys with the crowbars. You call it crime. We call it smart family business. And the family is famous. LET'S BUST SOME KNEE CAPS!! It's such a shame That you became such an issue. Oh dear Jonny, I'll miss you. They'll bust your knee caps. That's what they're going to do. They'll bust your knee caps. Probably some other stuff, too. They'll bust your knee caps. Ooh wop de do wop de do. They'll bust your knee caps. Ooh yeah they're coming for you. From: PomplamooseMusic Views: 753934 12902 ratings Time: 03:29 More in Music

First up is No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise for the PS3. It is a remaster of the original No More Heroes Wii game from 2008.
It includes everything that was in the original game, along with new content, improved graphics, and support for the Playstation Move. It comes from the mind of famed game maker Suda 51, and will undoubtedly include over the top action, and comedy.
With the updated graphics, and Move support, it could be a very fun time, especially if you didn’t play the original Wii version. Wait...do they still have the part in the game where you do this with the controller? Ha ha never mind.
GAME #2:
Next up is El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron. this game was supposed to come out a few weeks back, but from everything we’ve seen, it is worth the wait. Cold Summer Nights - piano accompaniment
[LESS INFO] 23 VIEWS | ADDED 22:47:17 03/23/11
"Youtube subscriber and singer msdianeg requested to do this song as a collaboration. She will be doing the vocals and will post the video when its done. Will post this video for those who may be interested to sing along with it. This arrangement is in the style of Francis Magalona. This was also recorded by Nina in this style. I am not sure who the author of this music is.. I've heard another version of this in a Rock style performed by a band.. There was no sheet music available so had to resort to playing by ear.. this is my interpretation. Please dont ask for sheet music.. there aint any. Im sure someone will ask :D for those who noticed.. the video title says Cool.. .. was in a rush.. .it should be ""Cold Summer Nights"".. was too engrosed listening to the piano part took no notice of the lyrics until I was writing the description. Heard this song 2 months ago and tbh..never heard of Nina or Francis Magalona as I don't live in the Phil. Lyrics: I keep on blaming my self i should have eaten my pride how can i convince you is it a matter of time many times i've hurt you with my foolish ways oh boy now i know i have to pay the price is there a way for you to turn around, turn around and come back baby ohh baby can't u see [chorus] it's been cold summer nights since we drifted apart cold summer nights since you walked out that door cold summer nights here on my own i miss you babe and i need you here I keep on blaming my self i should have eaten my pride how can i convince you is it a matter of time many times i've hurt you with my foolish ways oh boy now i know i have to pay the price yeah is there a way for you to turn around, turn around and come back baby ohh baby can't you see it's been cold summer nights since we drifted apart cold summer nights since you walked out that door cold summer nights..Oh, here on my own i miss you babe, but i need you here baby oohh hmmm cold summer nights here on my own i miss you babe but i need you here i said baby baby oohh huh huh should've eaten my pride here on my own i miss you babe but i need you here..."

Paul Wolfowitz says Bush went 'too far' with Libya, blames Pan Am Flight 103 families for deal, and bashes American Right
[LESS INFO] 4 VIEWS | ADDED 18:00:06 02/28/11
Fareed Zakaria did something fascinating yesterday: He actually spent four minutes of his show teaching a little history. He explained how the Middle East was formed as a political bloc and how that led to what's happening there now. Can you imagine learning something on cable TV?
The pretext for the lesson was that he was interviewing Paul Wolfowitz, one of the architects of the Iraq War. Predictably, Wolfowitz attacked the Obama administration over its handling of the Libya uprising, but I was kind of surprised to see Wofly bash the Bush administration as well for making a deal with Libya when Bush took them off the terrorist list -- but in doing so, he ascribed blame to the families of the tragic Pan Am Flight 103 bombing. Of course, Wolfowitz has no actual proof that they put pressure on Bush.
Fareed Zakaria GPS: >
ZAKARIA: You were in the administration that have - that normalized relations with Libya. It is the Bush administration that brought him in from the cold - from the cold. Were you opposed to that decision?
WOLFOWITZ: Look, I think we needed to give some acknowledgement to the fact that he handed over his nuclear weapons program. But it was an illegal program, and I thought we were giving him a lot by in effect saying you wouldn't suffer the fate of Saddam Hussein. I don't think we had to go nearly as far as we went.
There was a lot of pressure from Pan-Am 103 families because they wanted to collect the money that Gadhafi was offered. I -
ZAKARIA: Do you think that's really -
WOLFOWITZ: At one point, I believed - well, I was being told that the pressure was - I believe it was significant. I can't prove it. The United States went ahead and restored full diplomatic relations and had the Secretary of State visit.
I think we have should have drawn more of a line. Some move was appropriate. I think we went too far, and I think the Obama administration continued that.
The man who heaped spoons full of love towards attacking Iraq is shoveling garbage on shattered families of the Flight 103 nightmare. A real class act.
From 2008: Libya pays $1.5 billion to settle terrorism claims >
Libya has paid $1.5 billion to the families of terrorism victims, overcoming the final obstacle to full relations with the United States, the State Department said Friday. The payment ends Tripoli's legal liability in U.S. terror cases and paves the way for increased U.S. involvement in the oil-rich nation. President Bush signed an executive order Friday restoring Libyan immunity from terrorism-related lawsuits and dismissing pending cases over compensation as part of a deal reached this summer.
David Welch, the top U.S. diplomat for the Middle East, who negotiated the agreement, called Libya's rehabilitation from a terrorist nation to a U.S. ally "historic." The pact closes the book on a contentious period in U.S.-Libyan relations, which began in the 1980s with a series of attacks involving the two countries, including the bombings of Pan Am flight 103, a German disco and U.S. airstrikes over Libya .
U.S. business executives hope the new relationship will lead to billions of dollars of new investment in Libya, a country rich in petroleum reserves but lacking a developed infrastructure.
Wolfowitz attacked many people in this interview, including the American Right generally -- for, as Zakaria puts it, losing sight of the importance of the importance of democracy. That means you, Rush Limbaugh! >
ZAKARIA: What about the American right? Is it - has it become so fearful of some kind of radical Islam that it is losing sight of the importance of the importance of democracy, in your view?
WOLFOWITZ: Look, I - I think there's too much attempt to put foreign policy views in - in right/left terms. The view that I would like to associate with is the one I think of as Harry Truman and John Kennedy and Ronald Reagan, who believed that support for freedom, support for democracy is not only something that is morally important for the United States but equally is strategically important, and a freer, more democratic world is good for us.
ZAKARIA: But - but the people who are arguing against it on the right are saying we are looking at what's going on inside these societies and they're going to end up being - becoming radical Islamic societies, and that's why we - we oppose them.
WOLFOWITZ: Look, there's a - there's a dangerous argument, I think, that almost says if - if you're a Muslim and you're not an extremist, then you're not a good Muslim, and it's coming from people who aren't Muslims at all. What I know is that there are 200 million Muslims in the Indonesia country that I know very - I - it's an exaggerated - it's a complicated country, but I know a lot about it. Most of those 200 million Muslims are very tolerant people. They liked nothing better than to live in a country that's like the United States.
We certainly shouldn't say, oh, anyone who is of that faith is a problem. And they are our best allies.
I'm sure very soon Wolfowitz will be going on RushBo's show to bow down, kiss the ring and beg for forgiveness from the Holy One.

Studio Guest: Stefan Heidbreder

from the Foundation for Family Businesses DW-TV: All right, I'm joined now by Stefan Heidbreder. He is with the Family Business Foundation based in Munich, and he braved the cold today and flew up from Munich here to Berlin. Mr. Heidbreder, it's good to see you. Let's start by talking first about the euro. A bleak forecast for the euro right now going into 2011. Can you imagine the eurozone breaking down and Germany returning to the German mark? Stefan Heidbreder: Oh, I can hardly believe that. You have to keep in mind that more than 60 percent of German exports go to countries within the European Union. And the success of German businesses and companies is highly related to the common currency. DW-TV: A lot of businesses -- family businesses, but businesses in general -- say that they have profited from the eurozone because transactions costs are a lot lower than they were say 11 or 12 years ago. How would you say family businesses are faring in this economic climate? Stefan Heidbreder: I think they fear that they can't plan their future anymore, because it's a very weak situation right now. And family businesses do need a horizon for planning. And these days aren't good for their business. DW-TV: It's good you bring up this topic of planning for family businesses, bcause there is a type of family planning that goes into the future of businesses that are run by members of the same family. It all seems very idlyllic -- the mother, the father, the children, the grandchildren taking over. But there's always a huge risk in that when you are counting on your offspring to continue the business isn't there? Stefan Heidbreder: Yes, that's right. Family businesses do have a big advantage and a big disadvantage both as a family. When there are struggles within the family and they can't handle that, it's the biggest burden a company can have. DW-TV: What do you hear from family businesses when you talk to them. Do they say the biggest problem there is that the children or the grandchildren aren't interested in the business? Is that the biggest fear? Stefan Heidbreder: No, I can't say that. The interest is quite high. But you can imagine the handover of a company from one generation to another is a very complex process. DW-TV: Yes, but what happens when the children say: "I don't want to do it"? Stefan Heidbreder: When all the children say "I don't want to do it", bigger family companies do have the opportunity to look for external managers. DW-TV: But they're reluctant to do that, aren't they Mr. Heidbreder? I mean, we read all the time that going outside is a big risk in the eyes of the father or the mother. Stefan Heidbreder: You can't say that in general. The bigger the company, the more they are open to external managers. But for small family businesses an external manager brings high costs and the whole business model isn't working anymore with these costs. DW-TV: But you would say, in general, it is an advantage when family-run businesses go outside and bring new blood into the structure? Stefan Heidbreder: In general, yes. DW-TV: Businesses have been complaining a lot in Germany about a shortage of highly-skilled workers, especially in the engineering sector. Are family business suffering here? %nbspp Stefan Heidbreder: Yes they do suffer, because right now we have a shortage of more than 66,000 engineers. And family businesses do need highly skilled workers -- more than big names, big international companies. DW-TV: And the shortage is real? Stefan Heidbreder: The shortage is real and family businesses are already taking action to face that. They are more open on the labor market, they are doing better in recruiting -- employer branding and all this kind of stuff. DW-TV: So maybe that would be a good Christmas present for these businesses...more qualified workers for these businesses. Stefan Heidbreder: Yes! DW-TV: Mr. Stefan Heidbreder, thanks very much for coming in and braving the winter to join us! (Interview: Brent Goff)

Thriller Vs Zombine

Sometimes there’s nothing more revolutionary than a good time and a dope-ass groove. And for all that Fela also represents those two elements, they often run second to his political dimensions. Jackson, however, is the fuel that pushes the fun into the red zone, as on “Thriller Zombie,” which takes Jackson’s shout-out to the b-boying undead, mates it with Fela’s caustic takedown of soldiers who refuse to think for themselves, and births a dance-floor monster. The connective glue even works visually. Consider the accompanying “Thriller Zombie” video (hyperlink), where Jackson and his fellow dancing ghouls cavort as Fela exhorts: “Attention! Quick march! Left turn! Right turn! The whole experience is exhilarating and I think this is a great place to shoot films.” A frozen Amruta Patki also added, “I didn’t expect that my experience in the lounge would turn up like this. Even though they provided all the wintery clothes, it’s freezing inside. I’m so thrilled to experience this for the first time too. It’s a wonder that they maintain such low temperatures in a place like Delhi.” When asked both the hot actors about “Hide & Seek”, they said, “Now it’s the time for verdict. We don’t know what to say except the fact that we’ve given our best to make this film as spine chilling as this Ice bar. "Hide & Seek" is set to release on 12th March. Popular Pop Singer Dilbag Singh also graced this party and was seen hanging around with Lavpreet Singh, designer of “Freeze”. Lavpreet Singh revealed that during the making of “Freeze”, he and his wife had to sit for 2 hours in a stretch to check temperature which were as low as - 4 to -5 degrees. Saurav Kataria and Mohit Jain are the proud owners of “Freeze”. Mohit Jain confessed that, “It took us a year to make this lounge which was easy but to maintain this place is tough. However we are getting excellent response from people and we are soon planning to open another lounge in another part of Delhi. - H.S Communication

Whilst filming his new movie ‘ The Eagle of the Ninth ’ Channing Tatum had a scene in ice cold water. The only way he managed to keep going was to have a crew member mix boiling water with river water and pour it down the front of his wetsuit. Now we’re not sure if the certain crew member dispised channing or was simply forgetful, but through an unfortunate chain of events, boiling water was poured on channing’s privates! He said not even an ice pack could dull the pain and as 5 crew members were tending to his testicles, one onlooker explained how it looked like a hot dog that was left on the grill too long!

Camping On The Beach At North Padre Island
[LESS INFO] 0 VIEWS | ADDED 23:31:06 04/12/09
Last weekend David and I decided to finally make our way to the ocean. I don't know what took us so long since we only live 2 hours away from it! My previous experiences of swimming in the Atlantic were both cold and brief but we happily found that the waves pummeling our bodies were quite warm. It was ridiculously windy (from what I understand this is not unusual of the region and makes it a big windsurfing spot) and the air was crazy humid. My fingertips werepruney all day and my glasses were constantly fogging up... and my hair oh Jesus my poor hair. These two aspects of the trip did not make for an ideal camping scenario. However, this did not interfere with the appeal of sleeping 50 ft from the water and grilling yummy food on a beach. Yes I crunched sand in my teeth but it was fucking delicious! All in all it was super fun, however next time I think we will make it a day trip rather than endure sand in the tent and the long walk to the washroom at night, hoping you wouldn't run into a rattlesnake.http://davidandnicole.ca/2009/04/camping-on-the-beach-at-north-padre-island/

The show opens up with a dedication in the memory of Jon Honig by his grandson Jeffrey Honig.
Today Bubbe tells us we are going to make a summer soup. Have to make it good and make it fast.
She looked into her cabinet and found cold beets. Well she is going to make it simple and good and we will have something good in minutes.
Bubbe drains out the liquid from the beets and shows us all of her beets and the grating of the beets.
If you want the recipe make sure to go onto our website feedmebubbe.com and click on the recipe link.
Moving on Bubbe takes the grated beets and places them into her saucepan.
She goes over to the stove and places the saucepan on the range and brings it all to a boil.
Yiddish Word of the Day time and todays Yiddish word is.... well it's a long beautiful poem appropriately called "I got was Words" Bubbe is not really sure who it is by, but still it is one poem you have to hear Bubbe read to you to get the full emotions from it.
Avrom of course wants one word and asks Bubbe, so wait what's the word of the day? Good question Avrom. Bubbe responds POEME which in English is poem. Avrom sums it up... so poems poeme...

Back to the Cold Beet Borscht. It's been sizzling in the pot and all of these ingredients are being added in. You can just see the aroma. Make sure to place the cover on the pot.
So then you take it out after it being boiled so much but this is not hot beet Borscht, oh no this is Cold Beet Borscht. So being Cold Beet Borscht it needs to be placed in the refrigerator.
Bubbe then shows off how you can put in a potatoe and cream with cucumbers and all kinds of other tricks.
During the credits, Paula calls and tells us how much she enjoys the show. If you want to be on the show during the credits 646-248-6978. Bubbe loves hearing from you and she even can't believe all the calls and emails that you have been getting.
