A Christmas Cocktail, the Christmas Pudding, it's like a liquid version of a UK treat. More of a rich flavor, with fresh juniper flavor, dark juice and a little spicy zing. The cassis plays through fairly strong with only a mild raspberry if any at all within the drink. If this is what Christmas pudding is supposed to taste like, the English has some crazy juniper driven flavor that reminds us a lot like...gin! Recipe: 1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis, 1/4 oz. Chambord, 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin, 2 oz. Citrus Soda, 3 dashes angostura bitters, orange slice

A Christmas Cocktail, Coole Swan Alexander, a cocktail to try after dinner when you are in need of a sweet creamy dessert. This cocktail brings equal parts Coole Swan Irish Cream, Brandy/Cognac and Chocolate Liqueur front and center for a great sweet flavorful experience. Dark chocolate in the front, creamy white chocolate in the center with a mild oak like finish. Or, perhaps like Derrick you get the oak first and chocolate last. Either way is great. Recipe: 1 oz. coole swan irish cream, 1 oz. brandy/cognac, 1 oz. chocolate liqueur

Our first Christmas cocktail, the green russian. What makes it fit the holiday season? Well, first, it is green! Secondly, I have a santa hat. Third, because it has the mint and other seasonal flavors to it… you know… like absinthe and milk, just the stuff you leave Santa and his reindeer. Recipe: 2 oz. Absinthe, 2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Creme de Menthe, 2 oz. Milk

360 Vodka's Glazed Donut Vodka -- the review. This product brings the sweetness like no other vodka we have tasted. Not only does it provide the vehicle for carrying awesome donut glaze but it does it in such a way that you feel that these are actual donuts and not simply an artificial donut-like flavor. I do not know the magic that was used to build the glazed donut vodka but it was right on target for the awesome factor.

The Hurricane Cocktail, a classic cocktail that we used to top the night of a 12-string recording frenzy. Yes, we created 11 video's before this one (released in the past) and this is where all the glory finally comes to an end. In the end, I think this recipe needs more passion fruit syrup to really kick up the passion. Recipe: 4 oz. Dark Rum, 1 oz. Lemon Juice, 2 oz. Orange Juice, 1/2 - 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice/Syrup, Top with Club Soda.

The Brass Monkey Cocktail, it is like the screwdriver with rum in it. A watery orange juice without a big blast of alcohol. In general, tastes like a screwdriver. To gain a more dark sweetness we had to add a bit more dark rum, it is your call, thoughts? Recipe: 1 oz. Vodka, 3 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. dark rum

The Blue Grass shooter brings something to the show we have never seen before: Oddka Fresh Cut Grass "Vodka." A spirit that has the aroma of wet cut grass after you have cut your lawn (for those that have lawns). While the recipe reads "Blueberry Liqueur" it's initial idea is to bring in some "blue" but all our blueberry liqueur/schnapps is clear. So we are using Blue Curacao for the effect. Recipe: 1 oz. Oddka Fresh Cut Grass Vodka, 1/2 Lemon, Splash of Blueberry LIqueur (or Blue Curacao).

The vodka martini recipe battles it out with Ol' Smoky in an alternative vodka martini that does not use vodka at all. So, head-to-head battle of recipes, who will win? The Billy Bob Collins cocktail recipe utilizes moonshine or its equivalent (white whiskey) to build a mild sour. The recipe builds on the idea that moonshine doesn't have to be a substitute or overly potent cocktail build out but can actually provide flavor and a great tasting experience. Recipe: 1 1/2 oz. Moonshine, 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice, Club Soda
