This is according to a taped conversation between an investigator into allegations of organ harvesting and Li Changchun on April 17th. The taped conversation was released in a report on April 30th by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, or WOIPFG. It's a US based rights group working on exposing the Chinese Communist Party's the persecution of the spiritual practice. On April 17th, a WOIPFG investigator posed as a director from the office of Luo Gan to obtain information. The investigator phoned Li Changchun, who's currently overseas. Luo is a former member of the Chinese Communist Party's Politburo Standing Committee and also the predecessor of Zhou Yongkang, who heads the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee. Below is a transcript of the conversation: Investigator: "Hello, is this Comrade Li Changchun?" Li Changchun: "Yes, yes I am." Investigator: "I'm Director Zhang from Luo Gan's office. Comrade Luo Gan is asleep and he wants me to pass on a message to you." Li Changchun: "Okay." Investigator: "I think they're saying, we got information that, during your absence, and the absence of Jia Qinglin, they want to use the matter of taking organs of imprisoned Falun Gong ...
