NTD China Senior Analyst Zhang Tianliang tells us that the current situation paves another step for Chinese regime leaders to bring down their political enemy. Zhang says this could happen before Wen Jiabao leaves for the G20 summit in Mexico in the middle of June. That's because soon after he returns, a high level meeting will take place in Bei Dai He in Hebei province. This meeting would set the scene for the Communist's 18th Congress later this year. Zhang says he is encouraged by Chen Guangcheng's case, but that the international community needs to look beyond him, more specifically, the driving forces behind the persecution that he was placed under.
