War crimes a public/citizen enquiry This enquiry was held at Old Street Magistrates Court in London England, January 2012. The purpose of this enquiry was to identify the facts and to decide whether enough evidence exists in order to convict modern day war criminals. This enquiry was focusing on the Iraq war. After viewing the evidence that is held within this series of videos (which is quite lengthy) you will be able to make an informed choice. It is acknowledged that regarding the defense, a stronger case could have been put forward.
