What comes back from the dead and likes to hang out on a cross with nails in its feet and hands? That would be the supernatural bad guy from the movie Messengers 2: The Scarecrow.
In this third and final episode of Horror House's look into Messengers 2: The Scarecrow, out July 21st, 2009 on DVD. Directed by Martin Barnewitz, Messengers 2 is a prequel to the number one movie The Messengers. In this story, we finally see the origin of John Rollins (played by Norman Reedus, best known for his work in Boondog Saints and Blade 2), the simple North Dakota farmer struggling to save his farm and hold his family together. When he places a mysterious, grotesque scarecrow in his field, his luck changes for the better but at what cost?
