http://theartofphotography.tv/episodes/episode-92-pushing-and-pulling-film/ In this episode we will take a look at pushing and pulling film. Pushing and Pulling are techniques used to literally change the film speed from what it is rated. For example, if you're in low light and you need a higher ISO, you can simply change your meter setting and shoot the film at a different setting. You can't go back and forth, you must commit the entire roll to the new setting. When developing, you can adjust the time yourself, or be sure to tell the lab you've pushed or pulled it and by how many stops.

Wonderfully blurred images are made from a complete lack of quality control and consistency in manufacture. There is a wonderful sense of beauty and artfulness to the look of the images these cameras will produce.
