Water shortages is a problem suffered by the citizens of Mexico City, and it's never pleasant. But at the moment, with a Swine Flu outbreak threatening to turn nasty, and the government urging people to wash their hands frequently.....well this wasn't the time to turn off the taps for three straight days. My neighbours had had enough, and took to the streets. After a couple of hours blocking a main road, the police decided it was time they left.
