This is the final class in the yoga story series. To finish off our series with will work with tree pose which is said to be symbolic of birth and death. The seasonal nature of trees promises both death and rebirth. In this class we will transform our bodies into trees with our feet and legs being the roots, our torsos being the trunk and our hearts, arms, hands and fingertips will become the branches. This class promises to help you root down into the earth for nourishment, connect to the strength, stability, and power of your "trunk" and reach into the light, i.e. spirit, with your branches. We will finish the series with a powerful tree meditation.
