According to “Fox & Friends,” it is illegal for convenience stores in Indiana to sell cold beer! Instead they only have room temperature brews for sale. Now, a trade group for those stores has filed a federal lawsuit fighting for the right to sell cold beers. A spokesperson has said beer is the third most bought item in convenience stores nationwide, but for his stores in Indiana, it's down at the 10th or 11th spot. The group believes the law unfairly favors liquor stores.
