With documents missing from its files and clerks signing orders without the approval of any justices much less than the number required according to Florida's Constitution, it’s no wonder why those in the judicial reform community say, "There are those who believe in America's justice system and those who have experience with it."

Martin A. Dyckman, former editor of the St. Petersburg Times, talks about his new book "A Most Disorderly Court." The book is about his reporting on a scandal involving case fixing in the Florida Supreme Court and the shake up in the court which followed.
He also talks about the problems caused by keeping complaints about judicial misconduct secret, about the need for reforms in our courts, and about the failure of the mainstream press to report on judicial misconduct.
This presentation is part of the Four Seasons Author Series sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Tampa and Hillsborough County. It was filmed at the University Club in Tampa, Florida in July of 2008.

Virginia’s Elections Are UNCONSTITUTIONAL?!?!
Yes, Virginia, your elections are unconstitutional, and frankly, no one in power gives a damn! Technically, they say that they did not know that computers count in secret, that Virginia's Constitutional prohibition against counting votes in secret isn't really clear and doesn't Federal law control everything any way, and that no one even really thought about this secret vote counting issue that they know of. If you believe that, I’ve got a bridge to sell you, cheap. Just send cash, and I’ll send the papers right away.
